GENERAL FUNCTIONS

  • Preparing sub-plans and executive programs related to legal affairs to achieve the main objectives of the company.
  • Developing the legal strategies and general policies of the company to help reduce the number of lawsuits and overcome disputes and problems with external parties.
  • Following up on laws, government legislation and regulations that affect the company’s work, and presenting them to senior management for discussion and submission of legal recommendations thereon.
  • Proposing a budget, plans, and programs for the Legal Affairs Department.
  • Supervising the work and procedures of corporate governance, managing partner relations, and preparing and monitoring partner records and minutes of general assemblies of companies.
  • Arranging appropriate training courses for Department staff on topics related to their work assignments .
  • Providing the necessary help needed to develop a special system to count, scrutinize, classify, memorize and index all official decisions, documents, books, and legal references .
