Case Examination Department

Specializes in receiving case files and then sorting them according to their nature and type,, to determine the type of the case in regards to the jurisdiction, whether they fall under (human rights, commercial, labor and so on) . The transaction is then recorded on the company’s electronic system and a paper file is made for it, Then each case is distributed separately to the legal advisor who examines it and gives a legal opinion on it.

Finally, the lawyer who will be assigned to plead the case will be determined and then the case will be taken before the competent court.

LEGAL CONSULTANCY DEPARTMENT

Our Company provides opinion, advice, and answers to all legal inquiries, as well as answering any consultations related to the laws and regulations in force within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

THE GOVERNANCE AND COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT

Establishing an integrated governance system with vocabulary, organizational manuals, legislative, legal, administrative, financial and technical policies in accordance with the laws and legislation in force.

AGREEMENTS AND CONTRACTS DEPARTMENT

The Department of Agreements and Contracts prepares, drafts and reviews all contracts and agreements concluded by the Company with third parties.
It also provides legal services required by movable and immovable property transactions, including leases, maintenance and official title deeds.
Reviewing the observance of the general and special rules and conditions for tenders, auctions and practices, following up their study with the competent third parties, reviewing the offers and tenders submitted and ensuring that they conform to what is contained in the conditions after carefully studying them, in coordination with the competent technical and financial authorities.

CASES AND PUBLIC RELATIONS DEPARTMENT

Our Company Represents its Clients in cases before the courts or quasi-judicial and arbitration bodies of different types and degrees and also the Supreme Court and the Labor unions and Customs and so on.

We also Examine and study the judgements issued in cases to which the the Client is a party and decide on objection or appeal if necessary, order and initiate procedures for objections and appeals and drafting the necessary Memorandums as well as Following up the procedures for implementing the judgements issued in favor of the client and take the necessary action keeping in mind that we work hard at first to deplete mediation and arbitration solutions and provide advice and consultancy to avoid the repercussions of legal conflicts and also reduce the legal fees as well as achieve the Speed and Security that the Commercial Relations require.
