CLIENT SATISFACTION JOURNEY

We accompany our clients on a legal journey through multiple stages until we reach the desired goal via organized and sequential steps.

    A face-to-face meeting is held with the client at the office, at the client’s location, or via modern communication methods to understand, comprehend, and discuss their issue, requests, needs, and objectives.

  2. Study
    A comprehensive legal study of the client’s issue is prepared through the submitted documents, stated facts, and by reviewing relevant regulations.

  3. Proposal
    A technical and financial proposal is presented, including the work plan, procedures to be taken, and the fee structure.

  4. Contracting
    This step aims to organize the relationship between the office and the client, where a contract is concluded to specify the contract location and all details related to the obligations, duties, responsibilities of each party, and the determined fees, along with any other agreed-upon terms.

  5. Execution
    With clear and specific steps and an agenda, the tasks and work related to the client’s issue are executed with diligence and persistent effort.

  6. Communication
    We have a policy of continuous communication with the client, keeping them informed of all details through periodic reports on all updates related to their issue.
